The iOSD is a video superposition system that designed for FPV flight by DJI.
DJI iOSD is specially designed for DJI Autopilot System, such as WooKong-M, Ace One during the FPV Flight or other aero-modeling activates. DJI iOSD can collect video and iOSD information in real time, which will help you to obtain the aircraft status information during a FPV flight. It can display Power Voltage, Channel, Distance Aircraft to Home, Height, Control Mode, Fail-safe Mode, Pitch Attitude, Roll Attitude, Attitude Line, Flight Velocity, GPS Satellite, Video Input, Vertical Velocity etc. The iOSD and video information are superposed on the receiver, making iOSD data clearly visible and bringing you a more joyful flight experience.
DJI iOSD should be used in conjunction with a DJI autopilot system. It supports two video input sources under PAL or NTSC mode, which can be selected remotely by an RC transmitter switch. The RC TX switch can also change the wireless video transmitter channel remotely when user uses the wireless video transmitter specified by DJI. The iOSD supports online upgrades. The iOSD has a built-in BEC, which is on the one hand for the power supply of the camera, on the other hand for the power supply of the main controller to improve the power supply reliability of the main controller.
The iOSD MARK II now provides Assistant Software and supports online upgrade. It has a strong adaptability and can work normally between -20℃~60℃ without adapter. The iOSD MARK II can record the flight log and the current iOSD on the market will have flight log function after firmware upgrade.
With the connection betweeen the controller and DJI autopilot system (such as WooKong-M), the DJI iOSD can collect the precise and real-time flight data information which can be transmitted to the ground end through the videolink in the most clear digital and graphical expression way.
